macaroons

Note: This drawing is now closed. There are a lot of things I love about The Macaroon Bible by Dan Cohen, founder of Danny Macaroons. The biggest thing is that macaroons are naturally gluten-free. Gluten Free Girl Every Day

Note: This drawing is now closed. Perhaps the biggest perk of my job is that I get to try out recipes long before books are published. I see the recipes up to a year and half in advance of publication. I spend time reading them and editing them. If something looks really good, I try the recipe out at home. The funny thing, as I’ve mentioned, is that when I first started working on the newest Gluten-Free Girl cookbook, I wasn’t gluten-free  Continue reading
