Okay, okay, Grom is good. I mean really good. I’m a Grom newbie, because I don’t do uptown, and so I was excited to see the location open up on Bleecker Street at Carmine Street not too long ago. I wasn’t excited about the lines, but I got lucky one recent Sunday afternoon and saw just a few people waiting.
I know that gelato is their specialty, but that’s actually the Cioccolato Extranoir sorbet on the left. And of course I got one of those little cookies to crumble up on top. Sure, it’s a little pricey overall, but it’s easily worth a splurge. I’ll have to write about the gelato I had in London soon, which I’d argue is even better than Grom!
