Sorry, but I can’t help myself. The Sweeter Side of Amy’s Bread just got a starred review in Publisher’s Weekly (just scroll down). I really like this quote: “Bakers will be hard-pressed to find a better compilation of fail-proof standards―practical bakers might want to buy two copies, as the first is sure to become dog-eared and butter-stained in short order.” I’m getting all choked up just reading it.
