the season for cranberry cookies


I’m a little obsessed with The Sweeter Side of Amy’s Bread lately. I was interested in the recipe for white chocolate-cherry cookies, but cranberries seemed a little more November-ish to me, and I had a package of those dried cranberries in the house. So I improvised a little bit with the recipe, and the results were pretty awesome. One weird thing — I think these cookies tasted even better the next morning.
