must-have bread book

I really like this piece about Nancy Baggett’s top-selling Kneadlessly Simple from the El Paso Times. They call it “a must-have book for aspiring and experienced bakers who are short on time but who love the smell and taste of freshly baked bread.” If I didn’t already have a copy, I’d be running to the bookstore now.

  1. This sounds like a great book. I’ve tried several no-knead methods before and really enjoyed the outcome – tasty, crunchy and soft at the same time, and the delight of making it myself. Great fun. Thanks for the tip about this book.
